🔁 Replacement Eligibility

📦 Product Eligibility

At StockSell, we ensure that products are delivered in proper condition. You are eligible for a replacement if you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A faulty or defective item
  • A broken or damaged product

⏱ Timeframe

StockSell will accept all complaints within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests made within 7 days of delivery → Free replacement
  • Requests after 7 days → Replacement charges may apply

🔧 Replacement Process

📹 Initiation

To request a replacement:

  • Share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team
  • Requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe

In some cases, issues may be related to product usage, and our team will guide you accordingly. If the product is confirmed faulty:

🅰️ Option A (Ship to Warehouse)

You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging (including all accessories) to:

Once received, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days, free of charge.

🅱️ Option B (Pickup & Replacement)

We may schedule a replacement within 14 working days:

  • Keep the product ready in original packaging
  • Courier will pick up the item and deliver the replacement

❌ Important Notes

  • Replacement is not available for change of mind
  • Product must be unused and returned with original packaging and accessories

💸 Refund Policy

StockSell does not offer refunds.
We provide replacement only for eligible cases.
